Sending an SMS about a disruption

  1. Go to the Disruptions view by clicking the icon.

  2. Find the disruption event you want to send an SMS message about and open it.

  3. Click Create SMS.

    The system verifies you want to move to the SMS Messages view to create the message. Details of the disruption will also be carried over to the message which you can still edit further.
