Using Templates
If administrators have defined that the queue in which you are serving contains templates, you can use them in your replies (for example “Hi {CUSTOMERNAME}, how can I help you?” in which {CUSTOMERNAME} is automatically replaced with actual data if possible).

        Click the Templates button. The template list view opens. 
- 
        Choose the template and click Apply. The text is moved into the input field. You can also double-click the template text and it is moved directly to the input field. 
- 
        Click Send.
