  A customer allows the system to save personal data with his consent. As with e-mails and chats the customer gives his consent by contacting the service, consents in this view are limited to call recordings.

Installing Prerequisites for Excel Files

Note:

Using Excels is not supported in local imports and exports. Thus it is not supported for Sinch Contact Center (cloud version) users but only for the DevOps team.

As of SP09 also Excel files can be used for importing and exporting, and for the Configuration import they are the only possible file format. You can use both .XLS and .XLSX file formats. Using Excel files enables including comments and parameters to the import.

If Excel files are used, Apache POI library is required to enable reading the files.

Note:

As of 1608, the Apache POI library is included in the Batch Job Server package and no prerequisite installation is required for imports and exports of Excel files that happen on server.
