Ringing Tones

Each interaction type (phone calls, chats, action items) has its own ringing tone that is played when an interaction is offered to an agent. Ringtones cannot be changed individually but only for a system. The sound files are in the .../communicationpanel/sounds/ folder in the ECF Web Server:
  • ringtone.mp3 for calls

  • ringtoneChat.mp3 for chats

  • ringtoneActionItem.mp3 for action items

To change ringtones, replace these files with mp3 files with the same name.
