System Configurator (SC)
The following changes and improvements are made in System Configurator.
Loop interval for In Queue Message prompts in chat
A new Loop Interval field has been added to Prompt view in .
The field can be used for defining an interval for looping an In Queue Message type prompt until an agent accepts the chat conversation. The interval can be between 30 seconds and 1 hour. Looping is disabled when the field is empty. The field is only visible when the media type is Chat and prompt type is In Queue Message.
Service Connection URL
The service connection URL of the sinchconversation messaging service now works also without /messages:send.
