Change Status
Inform the system if you are ready to receive conversations.
When your status is Not Ready, you can only receive conversations directly addressed to you, such as direct personal calls, or make outbound calls and consultation chats. You can also pick conversations.
To change your status, click the Not Ready button. The text is changed to Ready. Change it back to Not ready in the same way.
Depending on your configuration, a timer may also be shown to emphasize the time you have spent in the Not Ready status.
Automatic Not Ready Status
When your status is Ready, conversations from queues can be offered to you, in addition to above mentioned functions. Administrators can define that when your status is ready and if you don't respond to a conversation offering by using the Accept or Reject buttons within the queue’s specified offering time, your ready status is automatically set to not ready preventing further conversation offerings. You must change your status back to ready manually.
Status Change in Dashboard
Users with supervisory rights can change your status also in the Dashboard application. In this case you will see a message in Communication Panel that the status has been set to ready or not ready by the supervisor.
