Creating Recurring Absences

You use this procedure to create absences (or presences) that occur regularly by using the absences as a template.

  1. Choose Tools > Presence Information.

    The Presence Information dialog window opens.

  2. Choose a profile and then click Recurrence.

    A dialog window opens.

  3. Define the time range and the recurrence pattern.

    The default range is four weeks, and the maximum number of recurring absences is 30.

  4. Click OK.

    The recurring absences appear as individual absences in the Absences and Presences list and in the presence information area. They are indicated with a special icon. You can delete the series of recurring absences simultaneously or individual recurring absences one by one.
