View Queue Alerts

Queue alerts inform you about the condition of the queue.

Administrators can set threshold values for warning and error levels of service level parameters, such as longest waiting time, number of queuing conversations, or number of free or serving agents. If any of those levels are reached, the alerting parameter is displayed in queue list in a color indicating the alert, and the View Alerts button shows the number of alerts.

  1. Click the View Alerts button. A pop-up window shows the queue name and the alert reason.
    • To view details of an alert, click the arrow to the right.
    • If several alerts are displayed, they can be filtered with the type.
  2. To clear alerts, click Clear Alerts. This clears the alert view but color indicators in the queue view remain.
