Queues are used for routing conversations to available agents serving in them. Conversations wait in the queue until they are offered or picked by an agent.

Queues are used for routing conversations to available agents serving in them. Conversations wait in the queue until they are offered or picked by an agent.
- Search Queues
  Make a search to display a subset of all queues on your Queues list.
- Pin Queues
- Show Conversations and Serving Agents
  You can view conversations in the Picklist view and serving agents based on a single queue.
- Sort Displayed Queues
  You can sort the order of the Queues list.
- Filter Displayed Queues
  Filter your Queues list to show only the relevant ones.
- Save Personal Preferences
  You can save your personal preferred Home, Directory, Picklist, and History view definitions with the My preferences feature.
- View Queue Alerts
  Queue alerts inform you about the condition of the queue.
- Queue Info
  Optional queue-specific information can be displayed during the offering stage of a conversation (or campaign data for campaign based conversation).

Pin Queues

You can mark your favourite queues by pinning them and filter the view to show only the pinned queues.

Go to the Home view.
In the queues list, click the Pin icon for the queues you want to mark as your favorites.
To show only these pinned queues in the Home view:
1. Click the Filter icon.
2. Choose Pinned Status and Pinned.
3. Click OK.
To save this filtered option, use the procedure in Save Personal Preferences.
