Core Components

The next security level includes servers for the core components, such as CEM Server, Agent Server, Chat Server, Data Collector and External Terminal Controller. The communication between the servers can be encrypted and additionally, we recommend securing these servers from the server interface segment using a firewall, or at least from the end-user segment.
