This view is for adding cards which contain your statistics.
This view shows a list of agents, the queues they are serving in, and their conversations, both ongoing and handled.
This view shows conversations and their status.
This views provide information on the progress and status of campaigns.
This view is for managing information played by IVR to customers to inform them of outages in service.
Use the SMS messages view to send a message to an individual recipient or as a broadcast to a larger audience.
This view is for creating emergency locations.
To leave the application, click Log out in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Change settings such as UI language,data refresh intervals, and loading limits.
