Language

To change the language of the UI, choose the new language from the dropdown menu and click Save.

Data refresh intervals

To change the default refresh time in the Statistics, Agents, Conversations, Campaigns, and Disruptios views, use the arrows.

Data loading limits

To change the default number of results loaded at a time in the Agents, Conversations, and Campaign details views, use the arrows.

Password

When your password expires, the application prompts you to change your password when you sign in. To change your current password, define a new one in the Change password section.

Restore defaults

You can set your preferences as shown in Personalization. If you want to restore the views to their defaults, use Restore default view in Settings.

1. Select the views you want to restore to defaults.

2. Click Restore.

   A confirmation dialog opens.

3. Click OK.

   The following preferences are cleared:

   • filters
   • columns: the selected columns and their order, width, pinning, and sorting
   • rows per page
   • date picker in the Conversations view

Note that restoring the Disruptions and Campaigns views to their defaults doesn't affect the Disruption and Campaign cards in the Statistics view.
