Disruptions

This view is for managing information played by IVR to customers to inform them of outages in service.

When disruption items have been imported, each is shown as a separate tab. You can manage disruption events when you have rights to create and delete disruption sets, disruption items, and disruption events. The view is shown when you have rights to view disruptions. To set the interval for updating shown disruption data, go to the Settings view.
