Configuring Voicemail Settings
You must have a voicemail number defined before the Voicemail view is displayed.
You use this procedure to configure your voicemail settings.

Configure the settings according to the following tables.

Function
Voicemail Number
This field displays your voicemail number. Administrators define it and you cannot change it.
Message Quota
This field displays the default maximum number of messages saved and displayed in the message inbox. Administrators define it and you cannot change it.
When the number of voicemail messages exceeds the limits, the application saves only the latest messages. If the message length is less than 2 seconds, the message is automatically removed.
Other Destination
Enter a forwarding number that is used if the caller presses the 5 key when listening the voicemail greeting. The key must be pressed within 30 seconds if the caller wants to be forwarded to this number instead of leaving a voicemail message.

E-Mail Address
If you want to receive a copy of the voicemail to your e-mail, enter your e-mail address and activate the function by selecting this option.
SMS Number
If you want to receive a SMS notification to your mobile phone, enter your mobile phone number and activate the function by selecting this option.
SMS Notif. for All Msgs
Select this option if you want to receive an SMS notification of all new voicemail messages. Otherwise you receive a notification only when you receive the first new voicemail message.

Enter the number for receiving the voicemail message and activate the function by selecting this option.
When you answer the notification call, you are transferred to Voicemail IVR that asks if you want to hear the new voicemail message. If so, the message is played to you.
Number of Retries
Enter the number of attempts the notification call number is called if the first call is not answered. The default value is 0.
Retry Interval
Enter the interval between the attempts. The default value is 5 minutes.
Confirm Notification Call
Select this option if you want that you must either confirm the received message (by pressing the 1 key) or skip the confirmation (by pressing the 0 key). If the confirmation is skipped, the notification call is made again. However, if you have not defined any value for the Number of Retries setting, the notification call is not made again.
