Email has fields which are mandatory to fill before an email can be sent. These fields are marked with * character in the title and an error message will be displayed if these fields do not have content. Also the field which is missing content will be highlighed.

      Note:

Sinch does not virus scan attached files. We recommend running the virus scan at server, limiting file size and allowed file types to ensure safe operations.

  3. Choose one of the options:
    • Save saves the changes you made as a draft. The draft is available until you send the message, cancel it, or close the view.
      Note:

Saving a draft email will prevent further email allocations until sent or cancelled, and may affect other conversation allocations as well.

    • Send sends it to the specified recipients.

    • Close provides options Yes to set the draft as pending, No to delete the draft or Cancel to continue working on the draft.

  4. To close the view, click Close.
