Uninstalling Sinch Contact Center System

To uninstall the system, carry out the following steps.

Use the Infrastructure Administrator (IA) tool for the steps 1 and 2.

1. Remove virtual units with Infrastructure Administrator (IA) on the workstation.

2. Remove HAC services with IA locally on each server.

3. Check registry settings in registry editor.

4. Remove databases with SQL Management Studio

5. Remove certificates and installation folders.

6. Check that all application pools and web sites have been removed in Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager on the web servers.

7. Clean workstations.
