Cleaning Client Workstations

To remove all traces of the Sinch Contact Center system from a client workstation, consider the following steps:

  1. Remove all components that have been installed from the package Client Workstation Components, such as all terminal components, wvp and mctabuff, or Convergence or calendar integration component by choosing Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program.

    If the workstation has been used for administration, remove also the programs launched from the web start, Infrastructure Administrator (IA) and System Configurator (SC)

  2. Remove CDT and possible other applications’ addresses from the trusted sites in IE options: go to Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites, remove the sites and set the protection to the default level.

  3. Delete client certificates.

  4. Delete application related folders in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\SAP\ContactCenter\.

  5. Remove possible registry settings, for example, uninstallation of Infrastructure Administrator (IA) leaves a registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SAP\BCM\IA where the certificate information is stored.
