Installing Prerequisite Software

The system software relies on some third party software, which must be installed and configured before installing Sinch Contact Center software.

The software required on each server depends on the role of the server.

Note:

If external services (such as JDBC or LDAP) are used, network communication must be appropriately secured by using the SSL/TLS-enabled protocol variant. For more information see Microsoft instruction on a 'minimal principle' authorization concept.
