Configuring Workstations

End-user applications require browser installation and configuration.

To enable such Sinch Contact Center applications as Communication Desktop (CDT), Online Monitoring, and Reporting Client, workstations need to have the Microsoft Internet Explorer software installed, and it must be configured in the way explained in the section below.

Communication Panel and Supervisor Dashboard work with the following browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, and Opera. For more information, see Client Workstation Guide.
