Firewalls and Virus Scanners
Firewalls
Microsoft Windows firewall is used by default, and you can install your own firewall software as well. To allow communication you may need to adjust the open and closed ports in firewall to ensure Sinch Contact Center functions. See Security Guide section Default Ports of Sinch Contact Center Components for port ranges.
Microsoft Windows firewall blocks SIP signaling traffic by default, which causes that the SIP desk phones are not able to register towards Sinch Contact Center system. The firewall must be configured to allow the communication traffic required.
Virus Scanners
You can install your own virus scanning or malware protecting programs on the Sinch Contact Center servers.

Sinch Contact Center logs can be huge and scanning those files may unnecessarily reserve CPU resources. Exclude the log file directories from daily scan.
