Search

You may need to search different items in various views, such as Queues, Picklist, History, and Directory.

To search an item, enter the term in the Search field in the upper right part of the view and click the search icon or press Enter. For terms to be used, see the table below.

If there are more than 500 items in results, they are displayed as a scrolled or paged listing. Sort and filtering options are also available in each view.
