Communication Panel
Communication Panel is a web-based application for managing customer conversations. It can be used for example with SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM).
To be able to use Communication Panel, you need:

Embedded Communications Framework (ECF) installed.

Restful Interfaces installed and enabled.
For example, Restful Monitoring Interface (RMI) is required for viewing daily statistics and Restful Contact Management Interface (CMI) for conversation history.

Online Integration Interface (OII) if you integrate Sinch Contact Pro with SAP CRM. For more information, see Integration Interfaces Variables.

Session border controller (SBC) if you use Communication Panel for phone calls.
By default Communication Panel can be launched from https:// [Web Server VU IP address] /ecf/[software version]/communicationpanel/index.html. To open the application in high contrast mode, use https:// [Web Server VU IP address] /ecf/[software version]/communicationpanel/index?sap-ui-theme=sap_belize_hcb.
Supported Browsers and Platforms
On workstations with Windows operating system, the application can be used with Chrome, Edge, Opera, and Firefox. For macOS, only Chrome is supported. We recommend using the latest version of the browser.
