Installing Reporting for SAP BusinessObjects
Installation order and process of SAP BO reports
Sinch Contact Pro reports can be viewed with SAP BusinessObjects.
Sinch Contact Pro Reporting for SAP BusinessObjects is delivered in an lcmbiar package that contains:

4 universes that have translations for languages supported in Sinch Contact Pro. Universes are based on the Reporting Database server schema.

Arrivals (Sinch Contact Pro Arrival Statistics)

Agent (Sinch Contact Pro Agent Statistics)

Queue (Sinch Contact Pro Queue Statistics)

A connection description: in the multi-tenant installation package [tenant_name] SAP CC365 VWU and in the single tenant installation package SAP CCtr VWU

Installing the SAP BusinessObjects Server

If not yet installed, install Reporting Database Server.
If the BO Reporting is the only reporting used, note the following:- There is no need to have Analysis Services and Reporting Services components of SQL installed.
- Remove the selection from the variable Microsoft Reporting Services in Use.

Install SAP Business Objects 4.2 SP8 (Patch 12) environment or newer.

Installing the BusinessObjects Reporting Package Provided by Sinch
You can use either a multitenant or a single tenant package to install Sinch's BusinessObjects reports. The single tenant package is not updated and remains on the FP18 level.
