This section lists functions and UIs that are no longer supported or have been removed.

SMS interface

Using SMS interface (AT, CIMD 2, Content Gateway, and File) for enabling SMS message sending is no longer supported. This affects the built-in voicemail service created for Communication Desktop (CDT). It was used for sending SMS notifications to agents when there was a new voicemail.

SAP Solution Manager

Support for SAP Solution Manager, NCS, and System Landscape Directory (SLD) has been removed.

Client Workstation Components

The Client Workstation Components package has been removed.
