Scripting Management
You can create scripts for various purposes.
They can be:

Interactive scripts
This questionnaire-type script shows users one question-answer pair at once and then, based on the answer or the defined order, goes to the next question. These scripts can be used in outbound campaigns as well as with incoming calls.

Static scripts
This fixed-type script is used, for example, for classifying calls.
Callback script type is not supported in Communication Panel.
