Importing and exporting various objects (such as campaigns, users, and queues), defining import and export related settings, viewing job details and adding new schedules, managing consents

You use the system tools to do the following:

• To import and to export various objects (such as OB campaigns, users, and queues). You can import and export only locally in System Configurator. Use the /import resource of Restful Configuration Interface (RCI) for automatic, scheduled and Excel import.

• To define import and export related settings such as:

  • Folder for import and export jobs

  • Templates for Active Directory import.

• To view job details and to add new schedules

• To manage consents, see Managing Customer Consents.
