Sinch Contact Pro can be integrated into two types of trunks:

PSTN trunks are used to connect your contact center system to the PSTN network and they communicate via SIP protocol.

WebRTC type is used in conjunction with ECF/Communication Panel clients to enable voice communication in a browser.

Global Switching Settings where you can define codec and other RTP settings (for example choose the used codecs), take NAT into use, and manage toll-free queuing and call bandwidth control.
