Managing Numbers Blocked in Outbound Campaigns

Use

You use this procedure to define phone numbers that should be excluded from campaigns (for example, customers who have opted out of outbound marketing calls). You can also remove numbers from the list.

Prerequisites

You must have rights to manage blocked numbers.

Procedure

Defining Blocked Numbers

  1. On the System Configurator main screen, choose Outbound Management > Blocked Numbers.

  2. Choose Add New.

    A dialog box appears.

  3. Enter the number and choose OK.

Deleting Blocked Numbers

  1. On the System Configurator main screen, choose Outbound Management > Blocked Numbers.

  2. Choose Search.

    The search result list appears.

  3. Click on the number and choose Delete.
