Quick View
The Quick View displays key information of a directory contact at a glance. You can also initiate calls and text messages, create a new email, or open a more detailed view of the contact to see all available directory fields or the associated conversations had with the contact.
When you click the name link in the Directory view, the quick view opens with name and contact information.
Key information that appears as smart links* provide the following
functions:

To make a phone call, click the phone number.
- To make a mobile call or send a message, click the mobile number.
- To send a new email, click the mail address.
- To open the Directory Details view, click Show Details .
To close the quick view, click the screen outside the Directory view.
