Monitoring Web Clients installation variables are:

Use Windows Authentication for Database Connections |
Specify whether Windows authentication should be used for database connections. The selection is on by default, and we recommend using it. With Windows authentication, you can leave database password fields empty. If you de select the option, SQL logon is used, and you must enter database user name and password for each database connection, and they are saved in registry and log files as plain text. |

Default Language |
Choose the default language for the Monitoring website. Language is used in Online Monitoring Logon pages until the user is authenticated, then the user’s language is used. |
Client Certificate Is Mandatory |
To force clients to provide a valid certificate for logging on to the Sinch Contact Center system, select this option. Change to this variable value becomes effective automatically without a restart after about 10 seconds. Added in SP06 Patch 1. Note:

Client Certificate's Attribute Used for Authentication |
Select the attribute that is used to authenticate users with a client certificate. It can be either the subject’s common name (Issued To, CN), e-mail address (E), or the fully qualified name (FQN). If the e-mail address (E) is selected, the e-mail address from the Subject Alternative Name extension of the certificate is used, if present. Otherwise the e-mail address from the Subject field is used. Change to this variable value becomes effective automatically without a restart after about 10 seconds. Added in SP06 Patch 1. |
