Installation Procedure

Use

Follow the procedure below when installing Sinch Contact Center:

Procedure

  1. Plan the system, its virtual units and their distribution on different servers carefully. See the section Planning.

  2. Install the required prerequisite software on each server and client workstations. See the section Installing Prerequisite Software.

  3. Acquire and install server certificates for securing connections and client certificates for client authentication. See the section Certificates.

  4. Extract the software packages in an appropriate folder, in multi-server systems in a shared network folder. See the section Software Packages.

  5. Install the Infrastructure Administrator (IA) tool on all servers locally, and create a HAC node on each of them. See the section Creating HAC Nodes and Starting HAC Services

  6. Start the Infrastructure Administrator (IA) tool on the administration workstation, and install software packages with it. See the sections Installing.

  7. Start System Configurator and configure the system (queues, users with different roles, and so on), see the section Activating Sinch Contact Center System.
