Configuring S3 Storage Folders

You configure the storage for chat and email attachments and call recordings for the cloud customers in the S3 assignment block.

Note: If you change the saved values, you must restart Agent Server for the changes to take effect.
  1. Go to System Services > S3 Settings.

  2. Configure the settings according to the following table.

    Field Description

    Save Recording Files in S3

    To start storing call recordings in S3, select this option.

    Bucket Name

    Enter the name for the bucket.

    AWS Region

    Enter the region where the service is used.

    Root Folder for Chat Attachments

    Enter the folder where the chat attcahments are stored.

    Root Folder for Email Attachments

    Enter the folder where the email attachments are stored.

    Root Folder for Recordings

    Enter the folder where the recordings are stored.
  3. Save your entries.
