Priority class for e-mail sender process; choose the value from the list of High, Above Normal, Normal, Below Normal, and Idle. |
Use Windows Authentication for Database Connections |
Specify whether Windows authentication should be used for database connections. The selection is on by default, and we recommend using it. With Windows authentication, you can leave database password fields empty. If you de select the option, SQL logon is used, and you must enter database user name and password for each database connection, and they are saved in registry and log files as plain text. |

Interface Library Used for E-Mails |
Choose the library that is used to send and receive e-mails, either CDO or .NET. The .NET option is recommended with 2008, and later. If you change the library of a running system, EmailSender must be restarted before the settings takes effect. As of SP09 the default value was changed to .NET. The change affects only in new installations. Added in SP07. |
HTTP Proxy Policy for HTTP Connections |
Choose the proxy type used for outgoing HTTP requests. Added in 2005. |
Proxy Used for Outgoing HTTP Connections |
Enter the DNS name or IP of the named proxy used for HTTP connections. Added in 2005. |
