Configuring Campaign Switching Settings

You use this procedure to define campaigns to end based on a quota being achieved. Specify the quota value as:

  • a number: The system calculates the number of calls as Handled + Max. Calls + Filtered
  • a percentage: (Handled + Max. Calls + Filtered) * 100 / Total Number
  • both a percentage and a number: The dialer will end the campaign based on the value that is met first.

You can also define the next campaign that the dialer will start automatically when the quota is met.

You must have rights to modify the campaign or to create campaigns.

  1. Enter the quota into one of the fields:

    • Quota as Percentage

    • Quota as Number

  2. Select the campaign you want the dialer to switch to when the quota has been met.
  3. Save your entries.
