Restful Contact Management Interface (CMI)
With CMI users can access script results, previous chat conversations, and e-mails that have already been saved into the database. The maximum number of displayed conversations is 100. To be able to see the data provided by CMI, users need rights to manage either a user's or a queue's contact history (the Manage Contact History setting in System Configurator).
CMI is installed with the package Restful Interfaces (RI). If you use it together with ECF, RI and ECF Web Server must be installed in the same server. For more information, see Installation Guide.
