With campaigns you can call predefined customers, for example, to sell, advertise, or collect information.

    In addition to normal phone call transfers, administrators can define a transfer list for quick transfers within a campaign. For example, the supervisor and colleagues working in the same campaign can be included in the transfer list.

Campaign Notes

Campaign Notes can assist the agent by providing details around any questions the customer may ask related to this campaign, for example, pricing, delivery, and so on. Notes may include links to a website to provide quick access to other external sources.

To open the Campaign Notes panel, click the arrow icon in front of it.

Campaign notes naturally depend on the campaign, and can be very different.
