With campaigns you can call predefined customers, for example, to sell, advertise, or collect information.

    In addition to normal phone call transfers, administrators can define a transfer list for quick transfers within a campaign. For example, the supervisor and colleagues working in the same campaign can be included in the transfer list.

Customer Information

To open the Customer Information panel, click the arrow icon in front of it.

The view displays a selection of customer attributes, such as customer address or different telephone numbers. Some, or all of them, can be modified if needed.

Administrators define in System Configurator Outbound Management > Campaigns > Templates which customer information attributes are displayed, and which of them can be modified.
