Overview
Communication Panel is the web-based application of Sinch Contact Pro for managing customer communications, termed as conversations. In earlier releases they were referred to as interactions and prior to that contacts.
Notification Messages

Notification Messages

Communication Panel shows the following notification messages:

Toast messages related to conversations or your actions.
Banner messages being reference to the operational or functional information for Communication Panel
Windows notifications seen as banners or in Action Center
Communication Panel will ask a permission to send notifications. Clicking the notification moves the focus on Communication Panel.
Note: If Communication Panel is embedded, you need to add the permission manually in browser settings. For information about, see Enabling Windows notification banner.
