Communication Panel is the web-based application of Sinch Contact Pro for managing customer communications, termed as conversations. In earlier releases they were referred to as interactions and prior to that contacts.

Communication Panel is the web-based application of Sinch Contact Pro for managing customer communications, termed as conversations. In earlier releases they were referred to as interactions and prior to that contacts.

  Extension area is a side panel that offers you additional attributes related to the current conversation in the main window. The area can contain certain features of Communication Panel and also third-party web applications.

  The conversation offering screen shows information related to an incoming conversation being offered to you.

Picklist View

This view lists conversations that hold a current status of In Queue or Pending and you can pick them for handling. The Picklist view and the option to pick are optional features within Communication Panel.

By default, the view shows conversations from queues you are serving in. You can search, sort or filter the view as needed.
