Setting up a campaign

You set up a campaign in System Configurator (SC).

It involves the following things:

  1. Create a calling list.

The format of the list should be either .txt or .csv.

  2. Create dialers.

Sinch Contact Pro has two dialer types: QueueDialer and CampaignDialer.

  3. Create call results that agents use when they classify calls.

These are a set of values for classifying calls. This way the dialer knows whether it should considered a call as handled or is redial needed.

  4. Create a template that define the contents of the customer information shown in Communication Panel.

  5. Create a script.

These are sequences of questions and answers. They are used to guide agents and gather information.

  6. Define campaign settings.

  7. Give agents rights to the campaign.

  8. Start a campaign.

Note:

Campaigns should be planned and administrated to comply with local laws. These may include but are not limited to:

  • the use of automated dialers

  • management of customer data

  • consent and purpose of call

  • honoring opt-out requests in calling registers

  • the ratio of abandoned calls

  • availability of agents to answer calls
