Adding Remarks

To add notes to the e-mail, click the Remarks button.
This is useful when you forward the e-mail to your colleague and want to add some additional text to the e-mail without using the body text area of the e-mail. Your notes are viewed only by other agents; they are not send with the reply to the customer.
- To change the size of the notes, click the Remarks button. (Changed in SP04)
- To hide the note, press Esc.
