Using Templates
- 
        Click the Templates button.
        The Templates dialog window opens and displays the available templates. 
- Choose a folder by double-clicking it and then insert a template into the e-mail message by clicking the template row.
- 
        Click Apply.
        The template can contain subject text, body text, attachment files, and items (for example {USEREMAIL}) that are replaced with actual data from the e-mail or user data.
