    In addition to normal phone call transfers, administrators can define a transfer list for quick transfers within a campaign. For example, the supervisor and colleagues working in the same campaign can be included in the transfer list.

Campaign Information

The Campaign Information panel shows technical information related to campaign, such as the campaign name and the queue used, campaign period and previewing time. Administrators define the information, and it is read-only.

To open the Campaign Information panel, click the arrow icon in front of it.
