Send Text Messages (SMS)

When you send out a text message, the address that is displayed for the recipient, is a queue address, not your personal chat address or the phone number.

Note:

You need serve rights to the queue that is used as a sending address, and its address must be of the type @sinchsms.com , or @smsconversation.com.

To send a new text message, do one of the following:

With a direct button:
1. Click the New SMS button.
2. Select the From: address if there are several options, enter the phone number to the To: field, and click OK.
3. Enter the text, and click the Send button.
From the directory:
1. Find the person in the directory.
2. Click the phone number.
3. Choose Send Message.
From the History view:
1. Find the conversation in the History view. You can view the list of all conversations or the detailed view.
2. Click the phone number.
3. Choose Send Message.
