Monitoring Sinch Contact Center

This section describes how to monitor the system's health and status.

Sinch Contact Center system is monitored with a specific tool, Infrastructure Administration (IA), that provides information on the system and component health and activity. Its basic tree view is the first indicator of component status changes, but also a specific monitoring view is available. The basic monitoring view called Overview is available by default, and more monitoring views can be built.

The monitoring tools do not provide any workload, interface, data growth or data archiving monitors. In those aspects, rely on standard tools of Microsoft Windows and SQL.
