Alert Monitoring

The software includes the Alarm Server service that alerts of the functional failures of the system by sending an e-mail, SMS message, or SNMP trap towards predefined recipients, such as SAP CCMS.

Alarm Server is installed with IA as any software package, and recipients are defined with installation variables. For more information, see the Installation Guide.
