Script Types

The following types of scripts are available:

• Statistics scripts

  You see the whole script at once. You can modify and change the answers until you save the script.

• Interactive scripts

  You see one question-answer pair at a time. When you select an answer or enter one and click the Next Page button, the previous question is greyed out. Although you see the previous question and its answer, you cannot modify it

• Callback scripts

  You see the whole script at once. These scripts are only used with callback requests and their idea is to classify the callback, that is, whether callback is handled or not. If you did not reach the customer for some reason (for example the customer did not answer), choose the call result accordingly and the system automatically schedules a redial (this depends on the system configuration). When you have handled a callback request, you fill out the script in order to clear the callback request from the system.
