Transferring Calls with Transfer Lists

In addition to normal phone call transfers, administrators can define a transfer list for quick transfers within a campaign. For example, the supervisor and colleagues working in the same campaign can be included in the transfer list.

To transfer an active campaign call using transfer list:

  1. Click the Transfer button.

    If there is only one quick dial number defined in the transfer list, the transfer starts immediately.

  2. Choose one of the destinations offered in the transfer list.

Administrators manage transfer lists and bind them to campaigns in System Configurator Outbound Management > Call Transfer List.
