Transferring Calls with Transfer Lists
In addition to normal phone call transfers, administrators can define a transfer list for quick transfers within a campaign. For example, the supervisor and colleagues working in the same campaign can be included in the transfer list.
To transfer an active campaign call using transfer list:
- 
        Click the Transfer button. If there is only one quick dial number defined in the transfer list, the transfer starts immediately. 
- Choose one of the destinations offered in the transfer list.
Administrators manage transfer lists and bind them to campaigns in System Configurator .
