  You can use the event-driven integration (EDI) framework for integrating Sinch Contact Pro with web services both externally and inside the system.

  You can define how long conversations and Outbound campaigns are stored in the system in System Management > Personal Data Retention Times. After the retention time, all data is anonymized or deleted.

Update Wizard for Extensions

You use the update wizard to move extensions to a new subrange. To start the update, choose the Update Wizard button and search for the extensions you want to update. The wizard guides you through the steps and at the end displays an update result list.

Note:

The Type criterion is mandatory. By default, the type is queue. Only one extension type (for example manager queue) can be updated at a time.
