Communication Panel is the Contact Center's web-based application for managing customer communications, termed as conversations. In earlier releases they were referred to as interactions and prior to that contacts.

  You may need to search different items in various views, such as queues, picklist, history, and directory entries in various views.
- Notifications
- Extension Area
  Extension area is a side panel that can be utilized when you have an active conversation in the main window. The area can contain certain features of Communication Panel and also third-party web applications.

My Statistics: View your own daily statistics.
Help: Open the help page.
Settings: Adjust your personal info, password and other settings.
Sign Out: Leave this application.
